Job Description:

Our growing business is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Returns and Samples Lead. We need an enthusiastic individual who can not only take direction from multiple managers but can also pass down directives clearly. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s policies, be well-trained in product knowledge and have a clear understanding of Sampling/Returns procedures. Must maintain a positive attitude with the ability to multitask in an ever growing, fast-paced environment. Must be efficient while maintaining a high level of accuracy. The right candidate will strive to contribute new ideas to help continue the growth within our company.


  • Location: Santa Ana, CA
  • Start Date: March 2022
  • Report to: Operations Manager
  • Rate: $18-$20/hr. based on experience
  • Requirement: In office/warehouse required. Remote work not offered for this role.
  • Schedule: 40/hr. week, 8/hr. day shift - Monday-Saturday. Must be flexible to work Saturdays during peak times. Warehouse recognizes blackout dates such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday and holiday season.
  • Required Experience: Bilingual (English & Spanish), 2+ years return processing, and 1+ year lead/management role.


  • 2+ years of experience working in returns processing
  • 1+ years of leadership experience managing a team of 2 or more
  • Bilingual - languages required are Spanish & English
  • Basic understanding and use of Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Thorough understanding of warehousing, inventory of returns/stock control and returns process management
  • Ability to communicate and correspond clearly with Customer Service team and external Customers as needed
  • Leadership with ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Proven ability to coach and develop others
  • High degree of integrity and honesty in all dealings
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under high pressure and meet deadlines
  • Expected to work in accordance with the organization’s overtime policies
  • Previous experience in Ecom and Wholesale returns a plus
  • Previous experience in wholesale sampling a plus
  • Experience with Full Circle, Returnly and Shopify a plus


Must be highly motivated, possess good communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment and be eager to work as a team player.
