Our growing business is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Returns and Samples Lead. We need an enthusiastic individual who can not only take direction from multiple managers but can also pass down directives clearly. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s policies, be well-trained in product knowledge and have a clear understanding of Sampling/Returns procedures. Must maintain a positive attitude with the ability to multitask in an ever growing, fast-paced environment. Must be efficient while maintaining a high level of accuracy. The right candidate will strive to contribute new ideas to help continue the growth within our company.
Must be highly motivated, possess good communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment and be eager to work as a team player. As a company we have donated 10% of our profits back to conservation every year since 1973 through our 10% Pledge. It is important that our employees share our passion of giving back.
