Apparel Warranty Policy

AFTCO apparel products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty. This warranty is applicable to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Proof of purchase is required for a warranty claim. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

For warranty evaluation, please follow the instructions below to submit a warranty claim.

Our policy requires that products accepted for warranty claims to be cleaned prior to shipment. Product will be returned and unprocessed if it is not adequately cleaned prior to shipment.

Tackle Warranty Policy

AFTCO believes our quality tackle products should be supported by a warranty of equal or better quality. If your AFTCO tackle fails to perform its intended use due to defects in materials and/or workmanship, we will replace the product regardless of age. Normal wear, industrial use or abuse, misuse or neglect is not covered. Products must be returned to AFTCO with proof of purchase along with written explanation of the defect to be considered for replacement. You may have other rights that vary from state to state.

How to Submit Warranty Claim


Please contact customer service to describe the issues with your AFTCO products and also send images that clearly show the issue. Please allow 3 - 5 business days to process.

An RMA# and shipping label will be issued to send product to AFTCO. Please allow 2 weeks to receive a response on your warranty claim.

If warranty claim is approved AFTCO will send back a replacement product.

If warranty claim is denied AFTCO will contact customer with a reason for denied warranty and send back original product.

**AFTCO is not liable for lost packages. Proof of purchase and RMA# is required prior to shipping to AFTCO.

**If unable to reach customer via email or phone within 60 days from the last point of contact, warranty claim will be considered abandoned and the product will be returned to original shipping address.
